Doctors and Nurses Fancy Dress

Whether as part of a broader fancy dress theme or a doctors and nurses party (or fun at home) this theme is an old favourite. The costumes are nothing but old however, the range is fantastic and there are some very funny costume ideas for men and some very sexy ones for women.

Meet Mal Practiss the GP, Willy Phister the surgeon, Dr Seymour Bush and Nurse Anita Mann. Nurse Fancy Dress Costumes are so far from the ugly blue scrubs that modern day nurses wear in reality. This is not only disappointing for the men who spend time in hospital, it also makes it very hard to find a good nurse’s outfit without going to a costume shop!

Dressing up as a nurse is a great fun way to get into the swing of things at a party. Team up with couple of nurse friends and tour the room offering bed baths, be a nurse of death at halloween, approach your favourite doctor and ask if he wants to play doctors and nurses or team up with a doctor and carry a big syringe (without the needle and filled with water) to threaten people with if they don’t “behave”.

And of course a nurse costume has long been known as one of the sexiest around. A few of the nurse costumes are a bit more modest but more are extremely flirty and others are definitely in the sex kitten category.

Here are some great opening lines for doctors and nurses, or for anyone wanting to chat up a doctor or nurse:

From a nurse or doctor
“It won’t hurt a bit” (snapping gloves)

“You called?”

“If you’re very good I’ll give you a sweetie”

“Stand back everyone, I need to do mouth to mouth”

“Would you be interested in joining my list of orgasm donors?”

“I’m a heart specialist, can I feel yours?”

From a nurse
“Surely a big boy like you isn’t afraid of a little thing like this” (wave massive syringe or sponge)

“Time for your bed-bath”

“I think you’ve been a naughty boy, I may have to call matron”

“Cough please”

“Actually I got kicked out for flirting with the patients”

To a doctor
“Do you do house calls?”

“Ooh, you might have to resuscitate me”

“Let;s exchange bank account numbers”

To a nurse
“You’re making my pulse race”

“I’m feeling a bit peaky, can you give me the once over?”
